Wetland Event at Bermudian Spings Middle School

Frank Mohn of the Pennsylvania Trappers Association, District 8, and Jerry Pickel of Keystone Institute for Furbearer Education, provided a half day program to approximately 180 8th grade students of the Bermudian Springs Middle School. This was the third annual environmental study day where we had the opportunity to provide information on the wise use of furbearers and how furbearers help save wetlands.

The program featured a variety of learning stations relating to the Wetlands that are located within walking distance from the Middle School.
